Prof.Fukuda and Dr. Fukuda attended a workshop on "Parking Management"
in Vientiane which organized by MPWT（10/12/30）
This workshop was planned by Mr. Khamphanh VANTHANA who attended JICA Training course in this year. After opening address of Mr. Viengsavath SIPHANDONE, Director General of Department of Transport, Prof. Fukuda, Dr. Bounta ONNAVON, Mr. Khamphanh and other officers had presentations.
